Our square tube posts with a cross-section of 4 × 6 cm are ideal for stabilizing slender gabion components against tipping. They serve as reliable anchoring elements to set up your gabions securely and permanently.
If concreting in is not possible due to the ground conditions, the post can be bolted to the foundation using this post shoe. The base plate measures approx. 10 × 15 cm, the shaft of the galvanized post shoe measures approx. 15 cm.
The length of the post to be embedded in the gabion basket depends on its height - as a rule, it should be at least two thirds of the basket height.
Please note: Screws, washers and dowels are not included in the scope of delivery, as the selection must be made individually depending on the substrate and construction project.
